I am Shubham Kapoor, a Bachelor in Animation and VFX, and Masters in Advertising and Media, with almost 12 years of experience in the field of Creative Direction, Project Management, Product Management, Account Management, Client Servicing, Managing Creative Services, Production Pipe Line setups, and Team Leading.
I am engaged in managing designers that include both 2D & 3D content creation and the development of multiple interactive projects. Also, experience with digital marketing applications be like; configurators, AR/VR content development, online platforms, product experiences, mobile applications. I am also responsible for managing all aspects of quality control for all projects. Moreover, supervising the design team with regular feedback including annual appraisals, ensuring maintenance of artistic direction & mood consistent with the defined visual direction and coordinating with clients, vendors, agencies to structure the project delivery, manage expectations and provide clear communication to the project stakeholders.
Versatile, dedicated & ambitious professional; with experience in every field of Media, Advertising and Animation, be it Visualizing, Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Animation, Art Direction, Project Management, Creative Direction, and Creative Lead, etc. with working knowledge of Scrum Framework and Agile Methodology. I started as a 3D Artist', in my career, and my hard work has paid me well. Furthermore, I have handled renowned clients like Beach Chair, Leen Bakker, Lease Plan, Picario, Skoda, Mazda, Seat, Crystal Design, Raymond Lambton, Bombay Shirt Company, Asian Paints, Nerolac, D'decor, Urban Ladder, Fab Furnish, Fab India, etc till now and have planned successful digital content and product campaigns for the same. I have also worked on some successful product launches that include 3D applications, 3D rendering, CGI automotive content development, AR/VR content development and website launches with real-time product configurators.
